Grimshaw fires late leveller for Heys

A late goal by Lee Grimshaw earned Heys a 2-2 draw in their pre-season friendly with Turton.

The West Lancashire League side, as expected, proved tough opposition and looked like taking the spoils until Grimshaw, Heys top scorer last season, headed an equaliser.

Danny White had scored Heys first goal before Turton looked to be on their way to securing victory.

Heys next match is on Tuesday night when Trafford are the visitors to Adie Moran Park, 7.45pm. Admission £3/1.50
