Heys Under 21's secured a place in the NW U21’s Development League Championship Division Trophy Final with a 3-0 win against Ashton Town on Sunday.

Two goals from Harvey Riva and one from Bryson Appleton, who came on in the second half, gave Heys the win over their Division B opponents infront of a sunbathed crowd at Adie Moran Park.

The win was their twelfth in a row and sets up
a meeting with Atherton LR in the Final. They beat Vauxhall Motors, of Division B, 3-1 at Crilly Park.

LR were Division A Champions finishing five points clear of second placed Heys.

The date and venue, for what promises to be a fascinating Final, is still to be confirmed.
