Heys head to Chadderton tomorrow night looking for their third successive win.

After defeats in their opening two fixtures, Jon Lyons team have bounced back with victories over Ashton Town and Shelley.

Those results have lifted Heys to 9th in the table but there is still work to do to correct the damage of those early losses.

They will come up against a Chadderton team sat in eighth place in the table with an identical playing record, indeed only alphabetical order separates the teams. Chaddy have secured wins over St. Helens and Pilkington thus far whilst losing at Emley and at home to Holker Old Boys on Saturday.

Heys are unbeaten in three visits to Andrew Street, since their return to the Counties. However, all have been close affairs with a 3-3 draw in their inaugural meeting followed by a 3-2 the following year before a narrow 2-1-win last season.

They will be looking to maintain that sequence tomorrow but know they will have to be at their best to succeed. Chadderton boss Dave Fish is a shrewd operator and despite several raids form other clubs on his players in recent years, continually regenerates his team with fresh and mainly young talent.

It promises to be an entertaining night.

Nearest Bus Route to Ground: Chadderton has good bus route from Manchester, Oldham and Middleton. All buses stop at Chadderton Arcade which is 2 minutes walk to the ground. 59 from Middleton, 59 from Oldham, 181 from Manchester Piccadilly.

Parking Facilities: Parking facilities in the ground. When full there is also car park at the bottom of Andrew Street.
