Heys turn their attention to the Macron Cup tomorrow as they make the short trip down the motorway to Ramsbottom United in a Second Round tie (3pm).
After last week's postponement of our scheduled League fixture there should be no problems this week, with the tie marking the first of three meetings between the clubs in the next 21 days.
Both teams come into the game in good form. Heys top the NW Counties League form table with five wins and a draw in their last six games, part of a wider run that has seen only defeat in their last eleven games, that being the last gasp loss at Irlam.
Rammy, for their part, have suffered only one defeat in their last eight matches, ironically a last gasp one at Irlam!
Heys won 2-0 at Stockport Town in the opening round of the Macron whilst Ramsbottom had a bye.
Tomorrow's game will be decided on the day with the game going straight to penalties if level at 90 minutes.
