The tie will be played on Bank Holiday Monday, 1st May, at Daisy Hill FC, with a 7pm kick off. Daisy Hill's ground is at New Sirs, St James Street, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2EB.

Pennington play in the Manchester League Premier Division, where they are presently third in the table with 49 points from 25 games. They sit five points behind leaders Rochdale Sacred Heart with five games to go. In the Hospital Cup they had a 5-1 away win at fellow Manchester League Premier Division side Bolton County in the First Round before then travelling to last years winners, West Lancashire League Premier Division Tempest United, in the last eight and winning 4-2.

Heys have reached this stage with a 6-0 win over Little Lever and a 1-0 victory over Turton.

The winners of the tie will play either Atherton LR or Bolton Lads and Girls Club in the Final at Radcliffe FC on Friday 5th May.
