Heys Boss Ryan Hutchinson and his Management Team have been busy securing their squad for next season. Club Captain James Badrock (pictured) has been retained alongside his brother David. Rob Worrall, winner of Players, Fans and Management Player of the Year Awards last season is also staying alongside 18 goal striker Louis Holt.

With thirteen goals and eleven Man of the match awards in his first full season in senior football, Bryson Appleton has been retained alongside left back Luke Findlow. Midfielders Dre Taylor, Centre half Matt Smyth and Goalkeeper Kyle Haslam will also be back in Heys shirts next season.

The versatile and hugely experienced Josh Tinker has also been secured alongside emerging youngsters Alistair Bracken, Louie Hutchinson, Reece Lascelles-Higgins and Lucas Bancroft.

Midfielder Luke Mann will also be back at Adie Moran Park next season, whilst two goal U21’s Cup Final hero, young striker Harvey Riva is also retained. Another of our up and coming strikers David Kerrigan will also be back next season alongside Under 21's goalkeeper Austyn Hall.

One new signing has also been announced with the recruitment of forward Jesse Dowling. Ending last season at Burscough, he was part of the Lower Breck side that won promotion from the NW Counties Premier in 2025, helping their cause with 23 goals along the way.
