Ahead of tomorrow’s game at Longridge Town, Heys have added to their squad with two new signings with the capture of Matty Williams from Bury FC and Ryley Smith, who joins us after a spell in the USA.

Matty (main picture) joins us having played a key role in Bury’s success of recent seasons, making 111 appearances. The 26-year-old defender has also played at Fleetwood Town, Radcliffe, Mossley and Droylsden and will bring proven quality at this level and above to Heys squad.

Ryley (below) returns to England after a spell playing College Football in America. The 21-year-old forward/midfielder has also figured at Blackpool and Burnley and joins the club after a long wait for international clearance.
