The North West Counties Football League can confirm that the 2026/27 season will get underway on Saturday 1st August 2026.

The now-traditional curtain-raising charity match between the Premier Division Champions (Wythenshawe) and Macron Cup winners (AFC Liverpool or West Didsbury & Chorlton) will be played on the weekend prior, with kick off set for 3pm on Saturday 25th July 2026.

More information regarding next season will be available once the FA announce the Emirates FA Cup and Isuzu FA Vase dates along with the National League System allocations for season 2026/27. This is expected in mid-May.
