CLUB STATEMENT : RESERVES TEAM

The club has taken the decision to disband our Reserves Team with immediate effect.

We are proud of what the team has achieved in recent seasons in reaching the Manchester League Premier Division.

However, this season it has meant that the club has effectively been operating two teams at a first team level.

The recent managerial departures and Xmas fixtures break created a window to reflect on the future direction of the club and it was decided that to continue to operate a Reserves team was no longer viable and resources can be better utilised supporting other areas of the club.

Accordingly, we have informed the Manchester League of our decision to withdraw the team from the League.

We would like to thank the Manchester League for their understanding in this matter and for the support they have provided over many years.
