After progressing to the last sixteen of the Macron Cup in midweek Heys turn their attention to League football tomorrow when they travel to Holker Old Boys.
The League was and remains Heys number one priority this season with four promotion spots on offer and the trip to Barrow (3pm) is a key fixture in looking to achieve those ambitions.
Both clubs are locked on 22 points from 13 games with Heys one place higher in fifth place on goal difference.
The hosts have had their best start to a season for many years and were 2-1 winners at Adie Moran Park, only last month. However, since then they have gone four games without a win and will be looking to restore their fortunes on home soil.
Heys go into the game with five successive wins under the belt, two of which are in the League. This is their last Saturday League fixture for a month but with midweek matches against Emley and Daisy Hill in the pipeline, two of the other early pacesetters, Joint Managers Jon Lyons and Matt Barnes will be looking for their side to continue their run and establish themselves firmly amongst the leading pack.
A coach for players and fans will leave Adie Moran Park at 11.30am.
The cost is £10 return on a first come first served basis. The forecast looks good for the weekend so come and join us!
