Heys host their first home game of 2018 on Saturday, as they welcome Eccleshall to Adie Moran Park
Jon Lyons team come into the game in good spirits, unbeaten in their last four outings, with ten points collected. It's a run that has re-established them in the promotion race after a bad run of results in November.
However, with all the leading pack appearing to be hitting top form, it is important for that momentum to continue in the weeks ahead.
Eccleshall are presently seventeenth in the table with 23 points from 24 games but come into the game with successive wins over Oswestry (3-0) and Cammell Laird (4-2).
The wins ended a run of seven successive defeats stretching back two months.
Heys will be looking to replicate their 5-3 success at Eccleshall back in September. In a see-saw encounter Eccleshall threatened to come back from 5-1 down. Amongst the goals was Louis Downs, who has been a real threat all season for the Staffordshire side, scoring 16 goals and picking up seven man of the match awards
