After losing their 100% record at Wythenshawe Amateurs on Saturday, Heys Reserves will be looking to bounce back when they travel to Royton Town on Saturday, 3.15pm.

Although losing their proud record, Jeff Kavanagh’s side remain top of the table by three points and will be looking to at least maintain that lead at weekend.

Royton were promoted from the 3rd division as Champions last season, suffering just one defeat.

They continued that form into this season as they made a bright start collecting seven points from their first four games. However they go into this weekend on the back of three successive defeats.

Both teams will have something to prove and on the fast moving 3G surface at Oldham Academy a lively afternoon is in prospect.
