Sousa leaves Heys for Hyde

Heys young winger Erike Sousa has signed for Conference North side Hyde United.

19 year old Sousa has scored 5 goals in seventeen appearances for Heys this season, and scored 13 in 31 the previous season.

Erike , a firm favourite with the Adie Moran Park faithful, joined Heys having played for Sporting Lisbon Youth and GD Fabril in Portugal before moving to England in 2012.

Everyone at the club wishes Erike, who came on as a sub for Hyde in their FA Trophy tie with Spennymoor today, all the best.

Meanwhile, on a more positive note for the club Heys are set to welcome two strikers back to the fold.

Chris Denham has made a quick return to the club from Glossop North End and Conor Landers, absent since being injured in early October, is set to return to training on Tuesday.
