Heys Reserves made it 31 games unbeaten as they extended their lead at the top of the table to nine points with a 6-2 win at Royton Town yesterday.
The hosts went into the game with a 100% home record but were out played by Heys in the 1st half as Matt Jolly's side built up a 3-0 lead.
Although Royton came into it more in the second period, as they looked for a way back into the game, Heys continued to punish the hosts on attack.
Royton did reduce the arrears to 3-1 before Heys kicked on to go 6-1 infront with the home side notching a late reply.
Ryan Cain led the way with two goals and a Man of the Match performance.
Steve Charles, Ash Oparah, Callum Lee and Abid Uddin added the others.
