There may have been no football today but Adie Moran Park was a hive of activity as Team Managers, Players and Committee joined forces to push forward Heys bid for promotion to the North West Counties League.

Internal works on the dressing rooms are really gathering pace with all the internal walls, electrics and plumbing complete.

Outside, the steelwork for the stand was erected today ready for the cladding to be added.

A general tidy up all round also took place as Heys made the most of their day off.
